Linking to Articles, eBooks, and Streaming Videos from the Library's Databases: Credo Reference

Credo Reference Linking

The following instructions are for creating Credo Reference links.

   1. Search for the article, open the full record for the item. 

   2. Select the ‘Share’ tool on the top left of the screen. (See image).

   3. Select the "Copy Link" option. This will generate a permalink URL that you can copy. No proxy information is required. An example of an Credo Reference article URL would look like this: https://search.credoreference.com/articles/Qm9va0FydGljbGU6MzAyODQ3OQ==?q=Academic+freedom&aid=97233

   4. Once created, the student will be able to click on the link and be immediately taken to the item, whether an article, video, or database. They will not need to log-in again in order to access the Library webpage or other resources.
