Linking to Articles, eBooks, and Streaming Videos from the Library's Databases: Alexander Street Press Videos

The following instructions are for creating links for Alexander Street Press videos.

   1. Search for an item and open the full record for it. Click ‘Embed/Link,’ located underneath the video. 

   2. In the new window that pops up, select the 'Permalink' URL, copy it, then paste the URL into the desired link location.

   3. An example of an Alexander Street Streaming Video URL would look like this:

http://ezproxy.bellevue.edu/login?url=https://search.alexanderstreet.com/view/work/bibliographic_entity%7Cvideo_work%7C2491350?account_id=28125&usage_group_id=85160

   4. Once created, the student will be able to click on the link and be immediately taken to the item, whether an article, video, or database. They will not need to log-in again in order to access the Library webpage or other resources.
