Welcome to the Bellevue University Course Libguide for BA212 Customer Service Essentials. We are glad you are here!  This Libguide provides readings and supplemental resources recommended by your instructor, as well as additional resources found in the library catalog for the 12 week course.

In this Libguide, you will explore the many wonderful resources and services found in the Bellevue University Library. It is recommended that you view the list of databases under the "Find" pull down menu or click on the "Databases" tab in this Libguide in order to locate additional articles on your topic.

You will be prompted for your Bellevue University login when accessing the library resources from off campus. This is the same as your Blackboard (Cyberactive) login.
