Occasionally, students will have trouble logging into Noodle Tools. Here are steps that they can take to resolve the issue:

Have the student clear their cache.
If clearing the cache doesn't work, have the student try a different web browser.
If that doesn't work, it may be an indication that the Ezproxy link isn't working. In that case, here is another workaround:
- Guide the students to Noodle Tools via the direct link: https://my.noodletools.com/logon/signin
From there, students should put in their original username and password.
After, if the students need to revalidate their account, they can use the institutional login to do so.
