Library Services and Resources for Bellevue University Faculty

Research Assistance Program

What is the Research Assistance Program?

The Research Assistance Program (previously called the Personal Librarian Program), is a great way for students to get one-on-one, personalized research help throughout their academic career.

This program pairs students up with an individual librarian, and emphasizes a more personal customer service relationship. The librarian will routinely reach out directly to the student, and be available year round to assist with the students research needs.

What can we assist your students with?

Students participating in the Research Assistance Program can expect to receive librarian assistance in the following areas:

  • Citations
  • Search Strategies
  • Finding and navigating Databases
  • Finding Research Guides for your area of study
  • Finding articles and/or journals
  • Searching for books, videos, and e-books
  • Keeping students informed about new resources, services, and developments within the library
  • Much more...

How do students sign-up?

To register, students can fill out the online form on the Bellevue University Library website.

What can you do to help?

Help us get the word out! You can mention the Research Assistance Program in your class, post about it in Blackboard, and encourage your students to sign-up.
