Library Resources

The library has passes available for Fontenelle Forest and the Lauritzen Gardens, which can be checked out at the Circulation Desk. For more information on those, check out the page here. Passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the pass you would like is not available, you can be put on a wait list.

The library also has a Bird Watching Kit that can be checked out at the Circulation Desk. The kit includes a backpack, binoculars, a "Birds of Nebraska" field guide, a Nebraska recreation map, an orienteering compass with a user guide, and some informational pamphlets.

The library now has a Hiking Kit available for checkout, courtesy of the Nature Smart Library committee! It is located on top of the Nature Smart Library display, next to the New Arrivals bookshelf. (It is the purple backpack.)
