Prior to watching the video, please note some instructions for completing the PAAR:
1) Note three PAAR forms available based on the number of PO’s for your program.
2) For additional information, simply attach the documents with the PAAR form rather than inserting them into the PAAR form.
3) When aligning a PO to a DM or IM, use the row associated with the PO. For example, for PO3, use the third row in that section. This way the dropdown will appear for PO3.
4) There needs to be an action plan for each target that was not met.
