Troubleshooting Guide for Bellevue University Library: Student Email

The first step to always try when encountering login problems with Bellevue University resources is to change your Bellevue University password. Access the Bellevue University Create/Reset Your Password page, then simply follow the prompts to reset your password. Once your password has been reset, try accessing the resource in question again.

1. If you are already logged into a personal Google account, click the Add account button located on the Google Accounts login page, or in the box that appears by clicking on your Account photo in the upper right-hand corner of your Gmail Inbox.
2. Enter your full my.bellevue.edu email address and click Next.
3. Enter your BRUIN password and click Sign in.
