After conversion, average your scores to calculate your level of psychological capital. On this scale, the higher your questionnaire, the more positive you are. It is also useful to complete this questionnaire after major work events such as the successful completion of a challenging project, receiving extensive training or a promotion, to assess the impact of those events on your level of psychological capital.
